The Service

Buffalo Racing Pty Ltd (ABN 23 543 443 002), trading as BuffaloBet, is a licensed bookmaker regulated by Racing NSW under the Racing Administration Act 1998 (NSW). We operate the online wagering platform at buffalobet.com. Our licence permits us to accept bets on racing and sporting events from persons physically present in Australia. These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales.

By using our platform you acknowledge that wagering involves financial risk and that you may lose all money you wager. BuffaloBet makes no guarantee of winnings and is not responsible for decisions you make to place particular bets.

Eligibility

To open an account and wager with BuffaloBet you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be physically located within Australia at the time of placing any wager
• Not be self-excluded from BuffaloBet or listed on the national BetStop register
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Australian law
• Not be a current employee, contractor, director or close associate of Buffalo Racing Pty Ltd
• Not be opening the account on behalf of a third party or corporate entity

We reserve the right to verify your eligibility at any time and without prior notice. Where we determine that eligibility requirements are not met, we may suspend or permanently close your account. Any funds in a closed account will be returned to you after verification, minus any amounts subject to bonus conditions.

Account Registration & Verification

You may hold only one BuffaloBet account. Creating duplicate accounts is a material breach of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent closure of all associated accounts. You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information at registration, and you must promptly update your details if they change.

We are required by law to verify your identity (Know Your Customer — KYC) before you can deposit or withdraw funds. This process may require you to provide copies of government-issued identity documents such as a passport, driver's licence or Medicare card. Accounts that cannot be satisfactorily verified within 30 days of registration may be suspended until verification is complete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. BuffaloBet accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. Deposits & Withdrawals

The minimum deposit amount is $10 AUD. We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayID, BPAY and direct bank transfer. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly, though some payment methods may take up to 2 business days. We do not accept cash, cheques, money orders, gift cards or cryptocurrency deposits.

Withdrawal requests are processed to your nominated bank account or original payment method within 1–2 business days. PayID withdrawals may be processed on the same business day. We reserve the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected. BuffaloBet does not charge any withdrawal fees; however, your financial institution may impose their own fees or transfer charges.

Winnings from promotional bonus bets are credited as real money and are withdrawable. Unused bonus bet balances are not withdrawable and expire in accordance with each promotion's individual terms.

Bet Acceptance & Settlement

All bets are subject to acceptance by BuffaloBet at our absolute discretion. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, restrict or cancel any bet without providing a reason. This includes — but is not limited to — bets placed on markets where we suspect pricing errors, suspicious betting patterns or integrity concerns.

Odds are correct at the time displayed but may change prior to bet confirmation. Your bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet ID reference number. Accepted bets are settled in accordance with the Wagering Rules applicable to each sport and market, which are published on our website and incorporated into these Terms by reference.

In the event of a dispute over bet settlement, BuffaloBet's decision is final, subject to any applicable regulatory review process. We reserve the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious or manifest pricing errors, feed or technology failures, events where competition integrity has been compromised, or where a bet was accepted in breach of these Terms.

Multi Bets & Same Game Multis

Multi bets combine two or more individual selections into a single wager. The combined odds are calculated by multiplying the individual odds of each selection. If any selection in a multi is voided, the multi will be recalculated using the remaining selections. For Same Game Multis (SGMs), special correlation rules apply — certain combinations may be restricted or unavailable at our discretion. SGM maximum winnings are capped as stated in our Wagering Rules.

Prohibited Activities

You must not use the BuffaloBet platform for any unlawful or improper purpose. Prohibited activities include:

• Placing bets using insider, non-public or privileged information
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing or corrupt conduct
• Exploiting pricing errors, system vulnerabilities or engaging in arbitrage betting (arbing)
• Using automated scripts, bots, AI agents or other software to place bets or access our platform without authorisation
• Money laundering, terrorism financing or any activity prohibited under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (Cth)
• Registering accounts under false or borrowed identities
• Providing false information during the KYC verification process
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit promotional offers (bonus abuse)

We proactively monitor our platform for prohibited activity and report suspicious patterns to Racing NSW, Sports Integrity Australia and AUSTRAC as required. Accounts found engaging in prohibited activities will be immediately suspended, balances frozen, and the matter may be referred to law enforcement.

Promotions & Bonus Bets

All promotions offered by BuffaloBet are subject to individual terms and conditions published alongside each offer. General conditions that apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Promotions are available to Australian residents only
• Bonus bets are non-withdrawable and must be used within 7 days of issue unless otherwise stated
• Winnings from bonus bets are credited as real money and are withdrawable
• Welcome offers are available to new customers only — one per person, household and IP address
• Promotional abuse (including duplicate accounts) results in forfeiture of all bonus amounts and winnings
• BuffaloBet reserves the right to withdraw, modify or extend any promotion at any time

Intellectual Property

All content on the BuffaloBet platform — including text, graphics, logos, software, data and design — is owned by or licensed to Buffalo Racing Pty Ltd and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any content on our platform without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buffalo Racing Pty Ltd excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. Our total liability to you in any circumstance shall not exceed the total real-money balance held in your account at the time the relevant claim arises. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email and a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW. If you have a complaint, contact our support team first — we aim to acknowledge within 2 business days and resolve within 10 business days. Unresolved complaints may be referred to Racing NSW or the relevant state gambling regulator.
